The Ministry for Heritage have recently launched their own website. Following the commencement of the Heritage and Antiquities Act 2018, the decision was taken to set up a dedicated website to both showcase the importance of Heritage to Gibraltar and act as a research and information tool for members of the public and researchers.
Claiming to be Gibraltar’s biggest website with more than 300 pages covering history, heritage and attractions, and over 1000 photographs, panoramas, maps and diagrams.

Gibraltar National Archives
The online home of the Gibraltar Government’s Archive service. This website provides access to over 100,000 entries on searchable databases such as the Gibraltar Census data (going back to 1777) and Evacuation and Repatriation lists from WWII.
The People of Gibraltar
This fascinating blog contains articles on characters and events from Gibraltar’s history. The site also contains an image gallery with 100s of historical images, paintings, prints and photographs of Gibraltar.

Gibraltar Study Circle
The GSC is a global non-profit society founded by Wally Jackson in 1975. Its aim is to expand the knowledge of the philately of Gibraltar in all its forms for the benefit of collectors (philatelists) from all walks of life. This includes postal history, stamps, postal stationery and associated overprints from Gibraltar and any of these used in Morocco.
