Join Victor Hermida, photographer and illustrator of ‘A Rocky Labyrinth’ and ‘Beyond the Ramparts’, and recipient of our 2023 Individual Heritage Award for a trek around the Northern Defences, taking you back in time to the 18th century.

Level of Difficulty: Medium-High. Must be able to negotiate steep inclines, uneven ground, irregular steps, unpaved paths for tour duration. Please bring a torch and wear comfortable shoes.
