AGM NOTICE TO MEMBERS
As previously notified, the Gibraltar Heritage Trust’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 25th November 2021 at 18:30hrs at the Main Guard, John Mackintosh Square.
There are two Trustees whose positions on the Board are expiring. Both have indicated their desire to stand once again for election to the Board. However, members are invited to submit nominations for new Trustees. A secret ballot will be held at the AGM should number of nominations exceed seats.
Please note that nominations must be deposited with The Secretary not less than 48 hours before the meeting. No nominations will be accepted after this time. Nomination Forms can be downloaded HERE or further copies can be collected from the Trust’s office at The Main Guard, 13 John Mackintosh Square.
Nominations may be emailed in, or posted to: Gibraltar Heritage Trust, The Main Guard, 13 John Mackintosh Square, PO Box 683 or handed to The Secretary at The Main Guard, 13 John Mackintosh Square.
If you have any questions or motions that you would like the Board of the Trust to answer at the AGM, please submit them by 22nd November at the latest.
